The New Tate Gallery II is worth a trip if only for the wonderful pictures of the German Sigmar Poltke ('Higher beings' = 'Hoehere Wesen'). In Tate Gallery I you can see the Turner collection. Besides St. Paul's Cathedral, Tower Bridge and Speakers' Corner, Piccadilly Circus and Soho are very inviting for enjoyable evenings. | Tip: A boat trip along the Thames to Greenwich to 'put your watch right'. |
