LUXEMBOURG
The official name is the Grand-Duche de Luxembourg. It borders on Belgium, Germany and France and together with the Netherlands and Belgium forms the Benelux countries. It has 420,000 inhabitants. The people have Celtic, Belgae, Roman and Frankish roots and from this diverse heritage have developed a particularly pleasant national awareness. | Tip: As well as all the cultural highlights its also worth visiting the pump reservoir power station in Vianden. |
